Chicken & Papas is Chef Hector Santiago's newest concept, created inside La Metro's kitchen. Where La Metro leans cultured and composed, Chicken & Papas keeps things casual. The idea came from the same place: balance.
If La Metro is the classy, adventurous, cultured older sister who has traveled to every exotic culinary corner, then think of Chicken & Papas as the tried and true, way more casual younger brother who only knows comfort food.
The menu is centered on rotisserie chicken. Our roasted birds are offered quartered, halved, or whole, with a few sides, and comfort dishes that speak for themselves.
